GENETOSは海外の人もよくプレイしてくれるみたいなので（というか絶対数では海外の方が多い）、 ゲーム中の日本語には英語を添えてある。英語版のマニュアルも用意した。 しかし何と言っても TOEIC 600点レベルの僕の、嬉し恥ずかし poor english. ニュアンスや文法がおかしくないか、書いていて何度も不安になった。
しかしありがたいことに、英語ネイティブの友人や、ネットで知り合った外国の人が僕の英語を 添削してくれる機会があった。GENETOS公開後も、たまに海外から英語の校正のメールが届いたりする。 この貴重な助言をただ単に使わせてもらうだけでは申し訳ない。 自分の英語力を上げて今後に生かすためにも、添削前の僕の英語と添削後の英語をここにまとめよう。
もちろんネイティブが校正してくれたと言っても、細かいニュアンスの汲み取り方は人それぞれだろう。 そこはご了承願いたい。
なお、ここに書いてある文章には GENETOS のネタばれが含まれている。 まだ未プレイで先を知りたくない人は、プレイ後に読むことを推奨する。
